Bad service all round. Arrogant manager. Staff are ok, but not fluent with English, this makes communication difficult. Paid for the premium wash & polish &
car was in a bigger mess after they were finished with it.
Also, I had to personally load most of everything they took out the back of my ute back in by myself. I blame the manager for this, not the staff. Really, really bad experience!!!
