I paid for a legal seperation kit. Money deducted straight out of Cc, Receipt delivered to supplied email address automatically but not email with login on details as promised all over website FAQ etc
Disappointed as had put time aside this weekend. I will go out and buy the competitors package so I can get the work done.
They did refund quickly.
They were dismissive not accepting responsibility rather blamed my email which had no problems with receipts or responses, not their poor email server.
