My mother was given a gift certificate for her 70th bday by her friends for $100 dollars but she lost it and at 75 she found it & asked me to call Paula to see if she could use it. She was going through chemo and needed a haircut for her wig. I called Paula and she said no way would she honour it as she had moved her shop and that was at her last location. I asked her for at least a discount and she said NO. Sadly my mother passed away Aug 2019. So Paula made a profit off a dead woman. I'll never forget.
