I love their decaf coffee here - it's roasted onsite and tastes delicious (not burnt sludge like other places) - I even buy a take home pack to put through my machine and plunger. I love the smell of the Café as I walk in and I love sitting watching the world float by - a very nice place hide and drink coffee :)

The best Callebaut dark chocolate frogs I've ever eaten. The decaf coffee is lovely and I could sit chain drinking them. The little chocolate coffee bean on the side is such a nice addition. Great mother/daughter team who knows their stuff :)

Just the cutest little shop, full of gorgeous things for littlies - found sheerly by accident and got the best present for my nephew - the service is lovely, friendly and I felt so welcome - thankyou for making my shopping experience so nice.

The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful and have advised me on so many things. The prices are a little disappointing but they are always happy to get things in for me if they don't have them which more than makes up for the cost.

I love the new store layout - the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful - brilliant wool too which is perfect for a yarn addict like me. I love the birthday voucher I get each year and the membership is worthwhile too :)

This store is gorgeous, clean , the staff are lovely and so helpful and even wrapped my purchase of gorgeous cushions for my aunts birthday - I left feeling happy with the perfect present and wrapped so prettily - I'll be back for more presents :)

I LOVE this store, Morgan is awesome and has such a keen eye for what works, is creative and gorgeous. I bought the cutest little kewpie doll and stamp carving set and the service was brilliant. I would shop here constantly if I could :)

I had a horrible experience - I booked with a fully qualified hairdresser and was given the apprentice who started to hack at my hair, one side of layers was 2 inches long, the other was 4 inches long and looked bad so the owner tried to sell me extensions to cover their mistake. I'm still growing out this horror of a hack. When I complained and tried to ring the owner her husband would constantly say she was sleeping, busy or not available and I should not complain. I spent a lot of money on this hack and feel sad and embarrassed that I had to pay - they've never apologised :(
