My beautiful home is still not beautiful, have contacted the owner and I have been intimidated, sworn out and yelled at, yes he did send his brother in law out to fix only the small problems but the big ones are still there when I rang to ask when they would be fixed and get his email address to send him the list was told I was harrassing him. the biggest purchase of my life and also a nightmare. The Owner of the building firm said he had been to VCAT lots of times so to go for it, no compassion and no sense of what is right. Would never build with them again.
