After the unfortunate incidents with this airline Leanne called me and offered us the change in airline, she was really on the ball, we rebooked without any fuss or drama, I might mention that I let another travel company know where and when I wanted to travel and still waiting for the call, needless to say who I will be traveling with in the future
I have used this company many times and always get a pleasant driver, always feel safe, booking is easy and the cost is worth sitting back in comfort after a long haul flight rather than leaving the car at a storage place
