Absolutely delighted with the prompt service and good manners from Russell who came and not only replaced the cockatoo eaten wires but put a conduit around it to prevent the problem happening again. He also replaced my old antenna at my request and did so extremely efficiently and well with all that was needed. He is very knowledgeable and competent and gave a receipt and warranty on the spot. I can highly recommend him and the company (the receptionist was great and this was a Saturday afternoon!)
