Hiring of venue, the hall was in excellent condition, the staff extremely helpful, friendly and patient. Everything was done as promised and when promised. Great location, great, venue, great staff

I have a bad back & leg and wanted to order some take away food but could not cope with getting in and out of the car twice and walking, I phoned Fasta Pasta and asked if it was at all possible if I placed an order whether someone would be able to bring it out to the car for me which they said they were only too happy to do. A lady delivered my food to my car, was friendly and said she hoped that I recovered soon. The food was excellent

Purchasing cat products but the one product that I really wanted was out of stock, the staff member took my details and advised I would be contacted once in stock, unfortunately the product could not be supplied. This has now happened again. Service was friendly, the store could be a little cleaner

Wanted to purchase some items from their specials catalogue but even though within the timeframe for the specials they had none in stock. When I asked the assistant whether 2 particular items were in stock I was advised "if they are not on display then we don't have them in stock", I had to ask when they could be expected and was advised should be in within the next 7-10 days. Needless to say after the specials finished, was not offered a rain check, was not offered to be contacted once goods arrived - totally disappointed, customer service was non existent

Puchasing gift, the store was immaculate and so much beautiful stock to choose from which was also well displayed, was greeted with a hello, a smile and asked if I needed help or just wanted to browse, not hassled....found the ideal gift which was gift wrapped at no extra charge

Purchasing lunch, found the shop to be clean, the staff friendly, the service excellent, the food fresh and yummy......a very pleasant experience overall

Purchased a 2nd hand fridge which they delivered and set up all with a smile. Also had evaporative airconditioner repaired and serviced. They also contacted me when it was time to close the system down for winter to ascertain whether I wanted them to do the work. Excellent work
