Having now had 2 bad experiences @ this newsagency I will definitely NOT be going back there.
I went there today as a friend advised me there was leopard print diary that I would like, so I went to purchase the diary & to also purchase a couple of X-Lotto tickets & have a couple of tickets checked. After waiting in line behind another customer a woman walked up to the other side of the counter & the shop assistant served her before me (I had been waiting about 5 minutes whereas the woman she served may have been waiting 30 seconds). When I commented "yeah right" the shop assistant said "what?", I advised her I had been waiting in line & she replied "well, the X-Lotto line is over there!".......She did not ask if there was anything else, she just presumed I was there for X-Lotto only

Great having a pet shop reasonably close that does NOT stock kittens & puppies.

I used to purchase a majority of my dog & cat supplies from here but unfortunately the customer service the last few times I went to the store the service was not good, especially the last visit where the staff considered it ok for one of their partners (who was NOT disabled) to park in the disabled park
Have had my car serviced & new tyres fitted on a couple of occasions now & find them very helpful & reasonably priced

Have sold 2 houses & purchased one through Kies and find them extremely easy to deal with & they will bend over backwards to help you in anyway they can.

A friend I went for a meal and found the service to be lacking in that there was no table service other than the meal being brought to your table and were not very accommodating and quite abrupt when it came to asking for anything that was not on the menu e.g. a plain salad with no tomato. The steak was excellent and would be prepared to overlook the lack of service just for another steak.
Approximate cost: $20
Dinner for my mothers birthday, the venue was very clean & appealing, the service was exceptional as was the food. The Lemon Pepper Calamari was nice the steak was to die for! Presentation was excellent and the staff and chef really topped off an excellent outing.
Dreadful customer service! I wouldn't return either.
