Thank you to Mark who listened to my needs and concerns and always in a very responsive way, worked with me, to come up with the final design for my bathroom renovation. His timely responses were much appreciated too. Everyone within his team of tradies were excellent and communicative. They were clean, worked methodically and always ready to explain to queries, while doing a great job within their trade expertise. On top of that, they and the site manager, Chris, had been so helpful to do extra fixes for me. They have met my expectations of high standards in all areas of a great job and service provided. I heard so much about bad experiences with tradies during renovation, but I can truly say, I am very happy with my bathroom renovation experience.
