It was a surprise and delight that the service Mel Collins rental Manager and her team gave to me as the landlord and to our tenant every single time.

No task was too small and was dealt with immediately and efficiently. Mel and her team seemed to go the extra mile. I was always kept up to date with the finances and expenditure which came twice a month! Mel was able to accommodate my visits from Sydney when I came so I could inspect the property myself on occasion.

I was particularly grateful to Mel for her sage advice regarding the rental market in the Noosa district. As we are moving into our property, she as able to find the tenant another property.
