I came to Daniel at Genesis X from leading a very busy lifestyle and not having made time for exercise for many years. Daniel used his wealth of knowledge to guage my fitness level and taylor an individual program for me that increases in intensity to suit my changing tolerance levels. I never thought I'd say this, but I enjoy his sessions. He will work with all fitness levels, is located in a private setting, is flexible with times, and is contantly encouraging me to strive to do my best. Even though it's still early days, Genesis X has already produced some solid results in my fitness and weight loss. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend it highly enough.
