Please review this companies policies before signing anything, you automatically sign away any of your rights, their is no liability if anything goes wrong, don't get rushed into anything, don't listen to their rubbish, it's all about the money
Your time is valuable
I have just received a reply from the company owner.... asking me to send them a contact email,
I've already been through the condescending phone calls from the manager, the blame game being put back onto me for their business practice failure, and the endless process of messaging Lucy, the automated robot, that sends you around and around in circles until it becomes so overwhelming that you give up, so please give me a break, nine months....go elsewhere

This Clinic lacks integrity and definitely honesty
I was a walk in, it was a rushed and an uncomfortable experience
No Doctors consultation... that was done by a FaceTime only,on an IPad for 2 minutes, I only wanted to freshen up around my eyes for a special occasion I was to attend, $500, on special of course I can afford that .....I was a good candidate they said, and agreed to have the procedure, the botox was injected by a nurse
weeks later with no results, I called in twice to find an unattended counter, the third time, a do not knock was on the door, I waited then left, I eventually did speak to Mia, but she said she wasn't experienced enought to give any advice and I couldn't get another appointment for 3 weeks, apparently I was unique and the product wasn't working, it was then, recommended I get more units after the first lot failed ???, and I had to pay extra for the required results, what a load of rubbish.I refused and inquired about a refund, but I was informed that after signing that contract, I had signed away my rights, all of them, oh ...they are there, in the small print, so if the products failed, you're not intitled to a refund or compensation so be careful these people have no credentials or empathy
Go elsewhere your time is valuable, I would never recommend this place, and after asking for a refund they had to investigate, more of my time wasted, they don't care, it was my fault, and after I recieved a condersending phone call from Mia saying I'm not intitled to any refunds, because I'd signed the form, I tried to contact the Company, but Commucation is by email only , an automated ticketing system called Lucy with automated ticketing results, is this really an Austrailia company? I certainly didn't feel beautiful after the experience promised on their promotions
