I joined Contours years ago, then moved away for 2 yrs. I tried one of those 24hr gyms, and they did not even acknowledge me until I went in to end my contract. I joined back to Contours at East Maitland and the new owner & staff are great. They motivate you & make sure you are exercising properly, they encourage & support you, and understand that sometimes you have a "bad week" but they make sure you get back on track quickly. I am so glad to be back. PLUS they are now doing a Boxing class on Thursdays and what a great workout.
