I found he gave honest feedback, he was friendly, and was also extremely professional. He spent time explaining the process of every procedure I had, and no question was too much trouble. I love how Natalie, his very friendly receptionist, is always able to find appointments for me that suit around my work schedule, or when I am wanting a little touch up to look my best before a special occasion!
