Bad experience!! I am really not impressed with the behaviour of the person that served me. After paying for my purchase and organising delivery, the old guy at the counter (I presume the owner) started cracking jokes about stalking me now he had my address, and the difference between dirty old men and studs. This was really creepy and inappropriate. Then when he delivered the cage later that day (thank god my husband was home) he jumped out of the van and said "Hey there chubby!". Saying this to anyone, let alone a pregnant woman is not cute or funny, it is disgusting and insulting. I will never shop here again, and will be telling all my local friends to avoid this store!!

Always excellent service and value in a clean, friendly and professional environment. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so! My favourite treatment is the eyebrow shape, which the Artfully Polished team always seem to get perfect.
