I bought a child dress but it was small therefore I wanted an exchange. When I bought this dress I used my husband's bank card. On return I did not have the card and I was told to bring the card so that they can put back the money. I tried to explain since this was not my first experience doing this but it fell into deaf ears. I had to drive all the way back home to get my husband's card only to get back and find another lady then serving and told me they don't want the card they will only give me a voucher. This was what I tried to explain to the first attendent. What a waste of time. I wouldnot call this good service

Good bargains are found in this shop. Staff OK and will attend to you if you need help. Space is too small for the quantity of items there. Its too crowded. I had to wait a bit longer to get a room in the fitting rooms.

I had to exchange a child's dress for a bigger size. I did not wait for long as they just asked me to go in and pick the bigger size, checked it out and I was out within 5 minutes. Thanks for that. Other shops will treat you like you are committing a crime.
