Saw Dr Egan for the first time today & am a little devastated that he is soon to retire.
What a lovely man! Very knowledgeable, empathetic and kind hearted.
He was an absolute pleasure.
Sounds as though he's had a very long & devoted career and deserves a break but he will be missed.
Just had to express my gratitude and delight to have met him.
