I was asked by our director to undertake a course in Workplace Health and Safety, specifically my cert. 4, so after researching registered training organisations, i found HBA. From the minute i enquired about the course, to the start date, i found HBA to professional, helpful and very accommodating to the ridiculous amount of questions i had. Undertaking the course this week, i am blown away by how well the course is designed, the high level of trainers (specifically Carmen!) and how well the course information gets related into everyday work practices.

I would recommend HBA to any students looking to undertake one of the courses they provide, as i will definitely be re-booking courses for myself and for my employees in the future!
