I hadnt been to a dentist in over 6 years and had been putting off a visit for that whole time due to nerves. I eventually had to book due to an extremely sensitive tooth and found rosanna family dental via the many positive reviews from others who had avoided the dentist for years due to fear or nerves. I bit the bullet and made the appointment and Doctor Pannu made the whole process so much easier than i'd feared. I mentioned my nerves and she assured me i could take a break whenever i needed, and continually checked up on me throughout to see if i needed a minute. I mentioned my tooth discomfort with cold temperatures and she offered anaesthetic so the sensitive tooth would not be in pain during the process. She was also happy for me to wear headphones and there is a tv screen installed in the roof with subtitles, so even if you dont use headphones theres something for you to focus on and distract yourself with.
All in all, Doctor Pannu made this visit a breeze where i had been fearing the worst.
The office is also reasonably priced, my visit included a checkup, 2 xrays, a full cleaning, application of a cover over an exposed root, local anaesthetic, and calcium cream for gums, which came to $465.
I cannot thank the staff at rosanna family dental enough for being so lovely during the entire process.
