Service from start to finish has been substandard to say the least.

We bought a sofa in January 2021 with the confirmation that we will have our couch by the end of the month (even the receipt states 2 to 4 weeks lead time!). February came and we had received no update. We spent the next 6 months proactively calling them for updates after being told it will arrive in March, then July and finally August. Little in the way of an apology was uttered from anyone as we were continuously palmed off to various team members across Furniture, Payments and Customer Service.

Second frustration was having to chase up a final receipt after paying the balance. Five phone calls later we settled for an email stating that we had paid in full.

The cherry on top - the sofa arrived 218 days later with 2 left hand sides! Yet another call has provided no clear solution as we were told to wait for a response from a lady who only works Mon-Fri. This is beyond the worst experience we have ever had. Despite Covid having had an effect on all, Domayne has shown an inadequate level of care for their customers. In summary, buy from any other retailer in Australia - the only thing premium about Domayne is the price.
