Hired a spit with everything included from set up to take away, the spit was not set up leaving my senior father and pregnant wife to do it from youtube. Lunch was 2 hours late for 40 guests as a result.

They then left the spit for 3 days with no communication before demanding I return it myself and telling me I was stupid or "playing games" when I tried to explain I believe everything was included as discussed. Nothing was put in writing and my disability means I am not good with verbal communication, and I apologised for any misunderstanding but was mocked.

They then turned up with almost no notice on Wednesday and demanded extra money to clean and take it away, standing over my father and calling my phone non-stop until they successfully extorted more money from me. I didn't feel it was right but my father messaged me saying he felt intimidated by the butcher's refusal to leave until paid.

1 star because the lamb was nice but the side of intimidation and extortion was not. Never again.
