I came to know Plumbing Bros through the Northshore Times and I asked them to come to my house and give me a quote on replacing the taps on my bathroom sink. They came on time and gave me a quote which l said they have to wait for a couple of days since l will check and compare with their competitors.
They agreed amicably and didn't ask for a call fee in case they don't get the business.
Their quote was almost the best and they got the business.
There was a hiccup though because of a small misunderstanding, a price difference occurred due to the necessity of changing to taps of higher price. Although I agreed to pay for the difference, they insisted in keeping the original quoted price.
I really appreciate their professionalism, efficiency and honesty. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a good plumber.
