I am very unhappy with the result of my application being completely igroned I rang twice a day for 3 days straight to find out if my application was successful and I was told they were waiting on a holding deposit from someone else 2 days later there still waiting and told me this property had been taken and they would call me first if anything fell through with the other successful application. Very poor communication from you guys and I'm very disappointed that I waited for nothing when all I needed to be told was I was unsuccessful. It isn't hard to call with a yes or no answer to getting approved and has took a lot of time out of me hunting for another home while waiting for a phone call that was never going to happen.
