I was very impressed with the staff at the factory and the fast and efficient service they gave me.
It appears to me that Alpha Industries take care in selecting their staff - they are all exceptionally polite, friendly and willing to give great service to their products, and find a solution, or offer an alternative, where there may be some difficulties.
