The appointment was easy to make with text/email reminders which was a nice touch. They was our technician and he was already masked when he arrived which I appreciated. They was also great asset to Aussie Plumbing - quick, professional, gave good advice and actually cared which is hard to find in any tradesman these days. His honesty and knowledge has secured us as customers for any future plumbing issues, very well done.
