We have been using EWT for at least 10years now . We are constant O/S travellers , & with family living in HK there are several trips there a year as well .The staff are extremely helpful and always offer sensible alternatives for destinations when needed . Only once did we have to call from Sweden & the issue was solved & dealt with by the staff immediately .
