I was impressed with the professionalism and skills of David from Groutpro. David responded to my inquiry very quickly, came on the day and time agreed. He was polite and removed his shoes without being asked. He used cover sheets on the carpet. He regrouted the ensuite shower and it looks amazing, the workmanship is very good. David also cleaned up when he finished, thank you.
