I would stay well away from [redacted name] and Vaughan retaining wall. First they backed into my brick letter box smashing the bricks rendering the letter box useless and clearly not water proof which made my letters wet. [redacted name] took over 16 months to fix this! The retaining wall job was just satisfactory along the side of the house but when down the side of the shed they left out a sleeper and now dirt keeps falling through the bottom. Defeating the point of the wall in the first place. They didn't use H beams past this point either and just put treated pine sleepers up against the wall to keep them in place. When brought to [redacted name] attention he was very quick to dodge the question of how this happened and could be rectified. Then the real colours of this "gentleman" came out. To this day over 2 years latter he has not fixed it. When I said it was not acceptable standards and that good money was been paid for the job he processed to called me a d!?khe&d. [redacted inflammatory comment] Get another quote. You have been warned!
