I recently purchased a pack of Rub-ons for $8.25 that were faulty, when I took them back they wouldn't exchange them for a similar product or give a store credit as I didn't have my receipt. Their reasopn was that without a receipt they can't get a credit from the supplier.
After spending a small fortune there since they opened last year I expected better.
Unfortunately they are the only scrapbooking shop on this side of town. I'll go to Werribee now though.

The times I've been there the kids have NEVER wanted to go home.
Great for all the kids who aren't quite at school age.
Their birthday parties are great, plenty of food and very affordable too.
