We stayed one night for my 30th bday and it was incredible. We had a two day pass to sea world as well and I would go again in a hear beat. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are all really lovely. The dining is expensive but yummy. The accommodation is more expensive then I would usually pay but it definitely earnt the five stars

They charged me for an air filter without my permission. They then quoted $650 worth of work which they said needed to be done immediately!! I then took my Kia Sportage to a qualified engineer who informed me that the breaks were fine and nothing needed to be done. Complete rip off do not ever go there!!! Tries to take advantage of women who are unsure of what is really wrong with their car!!!

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Also thy advertise disabled rooms- they are the most cramped disabled rooms I have ever seen. Got eaten alive by bugs as well

I have a personal wheelchair and the service for getting new tyres was fantastic and the best price I have seen in years!
