Rosie organised our recent ski trip to Canada, great accommodation, excellent flights, and a wonderful welcome package complete with smoked salmon on our arrival. We were particularly relieved to have her immediate help when various factors resulted in a missed flight, and she was able to make all the contacts required and reschedule the various connections.
