Mimmo really cared about the job, going the extra mile to clean awkward things like my venetian blinds. Easy to communicate with and responsive. I had total trust of Mimmo and his team from the get go, it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. He even came around in person to quote rather than just pricing a standard rate. He wanted to know what work there would be involved which gave me great confidence that he intended to do it too (quite unlike other end-of-lease cleaning companies I’ve dealt with in the past who quote you a “too good to be true” rate but then fail to deliver).
