I am in remote WA and have bought 3 lots of luggage in the last 12 months. I found the it very easy to order and they arrived within a week. The luggage is fantastic and has plenty of use already. Doesn't look like failing me, I cannot say enough about it, very pleased I made my purchases. Luggage looks great and was so much cheaper than other sites.
