Very very impressed. I contacted John after receiving 2 quotes for vinyl floorboards from other businesses. He was willing to visit me after hours to show me samples as I'm very busy with work. He dropped past my house on a weekend. He was on time, very professional and offered a lot of advice. He knows his stuff. I received a quote by email the following day.
