Recently renovated but small surburban tavern. friendly staff who are always will ing to help out. Love their massive ribs and seafood platter and prices are very affordable for the serving sizes. Has a large beer garden but mainly taken up by smokers which is a shame but still really enjoy this local.

Visited this busy little bar and restaurant after seeing good reviews on facebook and wasnt disappointed. Its a very cosy place with great vibe. We were met by a barman (?owner) who was great source of information without being pretentious - we both dont drink whisky but he suggested a whisky sour which was great. The food was really interesting with crumbed corn chips, squid stuffed prawns and some wicked slow cooked ribs. will definitely be coming back here with friends to have a big night !

Came here with my partner as she had heard good reports about yummy cocktails ! Our first thoughts were where is this place and we were practically standing outside of it ! There was no light and only small sign and if she hadnt opened a nonspecific door and found a waiter who pointed us downstairs we would never have found it ! When we went in there was only one other couple in there but the barman was nice and gave us some cocktail suggestions - my partner loved her passionfruit and vanilla martini and I had a mojito which tasted great but was very small compared to others I have had ! we shared a deli plate which was really tasty and proved to be a good entree for the two of us at $28 ! 1907 would be a much better on a bustling afterwork Friday I expect.

Since the Burswood has been converted into the Crown, the improvements have been nothing but fantastic. Im not much of a gambling person but love having a few drinks, dancing at the Groove bar which is both fun and a bit of a laugh or at Eve Nightclub for a bit more moden music ! Its always fun to watch others bet with lots of personalities making the evening great ! I have always felt safe and service at most bars is always pretty quick !

Although this buffet is kind of expensive its easily the best in Perth especially if you love asian flavours. The peking duck pancakes, roast pork, fresh dimsum, ribs, oysters, prawns, sushi and sashimi, prawns etc etc etc are all fantastic. There are western foods and indian foods also and much more. The desert bar has to be seen to be believed - brules, pannacottas, cakes, waffles, lollies everywhere !
kids and adults will both walk out very stuffed !!!!

Dropped in to watch the footy finals and decided to have a bite to eat also. We got the tasting plate that was pretty good value at $35 which fed both of us with a mixture of oysters, calamari, olives, chorizo, prawns and chicken wings. Nothing super gourmet but tasty and filling all the same and for the price was well worth it. Was a good place to watch the footy with a multitude of televisions available !

Went to my partners friends 30th birthday at the Zoo catered for by Mustard catering. The ladies serving were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The food was a mix of ribs, spicy prawns, steaks , veges, salads etc and though theses all tasted ok because of being served in open containers most of it was luke warm to cold . Certainly got a belly full though !

Joined a group of 12-15 for friends birthday lunch. First orders were taken well but food delivered at all different times with one person not getting their mains til some had almost finished at the table ! My seafood gumbo was nice but not great and a little small for a $30 price and my partners duck cassoulet although very tasty was tiny and not enough for dinner even for her who is not a big eater (a man would have devoured this as an entrée !!) Service basically stopped after mains with requests for desert and coffees pretty much ignored until we gave up and left !

Such a warm and relaxing (despite the crowds !) place ! Always head here when in Freo to drink the pale ales or bright ale or one of their special brews. The handcut chips with aioli are legendary, the pizzas fresh and tasty and never been disappointed with any main course. The ecletic friendly staff make the place buzz and sitting in the warm outdoor areas is just the best !

One of my favourite places to spend a few hours kicking back and socialising with friends. Love the beers brewed on site and the staff are very knowledgeable about them which is great. The tapas menu is always the way I want to eat and if each person gets 2 tapas there is heaps to share ! Great place to people watch on the main street and in the warmth of a summers evening beautiful to sit outside if you can get a table.
