Her knowledge and empathetic approach to me as a person and not just a body was very refreshing. She stayed focused on me for the whole session, where so many other trainers before get distracted by their phones or simply seem bored.
To not get a structured program with increasing reps and weight seemed odd to start with, but the results came and without the structure every session was a surprise!
Very engaging, fun and honest approach to deal with!
I have been with her for over a year now, and I am not thinking about letting her go any time soon.
