Doctor is very knowledgeable, not a long waiting time, unlike most surgeries, closed between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm , but this should not disc courage you.

Customer service absolute woeful, shop layout very disappointing, this was due to lack of signage for products. Also the checkout operator was very rude and abrupt.

Good Customer service and great value, I would definitely recommend them, Also calling them over the phone was a pleasure. Would not recommend any other hardware store.
