Aside from the usual fish n chips, and the nice potato cakes, the souvlakis there were very good, can order ones even with prawns in it.
Delicious stir fry meals, lots of vegetables... and the prawns were just right.... a little oily but that was okay as it mixed well with the steamed rice.
Very very good Indian food in a stylish and characteristically restrained ambience. The secret to Indian cuisine is in its preparation, the quality of the produce, the subtlety of its spicing and the slowness of its cooking. All of these are highly evident at Everest. The hospitality of the staff is brilliant.
A very extensive menu....the food revolves around kreatika (meats) and thallasina (seafood) with saganaki, dips, skewers of lamb and fetta garden salads ... large serves too. The place is also licensed.
We ordered take away for 3 people and had a nice variety. The soup was lovely. I had the Nasi Goreng which was delicious and spicy and the dim sims were large and delicious. The food came in a box and I was surprised how large the serves were.
Great, fresh lovley food here. I always enjoy the range of salads, vegetarian lasagne and pakora's. Sometimes it is so busy that you won't get a seat, so you have to wait in the line for takeaway.
Interesting lovely little curio shop that you can find all sorts of things...art objects, jewellery, gifts, crafts, souvenirs, nautical antiques collectibles and even model boats. A wander through the shop is like stepping back in time with history attached to all the fascinating memorabilia. The locals call it the boat shop.
I have picked up some really nice pieces at Ice for a good price, and always go every winter to buy jumpers and love the choice of colours available. This store isn't just for the young, its for the young at heart like me...
On the Broadwater at beautiful Paradise Point, this is a great place to stop for lunch, dinner or just a drink. It is one of the largest restaurants on The Esplanade and has an expansive separate bar area which is ideal for pre-dinner cocktails, or just some tapas. Also has areas for a romantic dinner.
The view is magnificent from this surf club, really good sized meals and very low prices at the bar, especially if you are a member.
