Since moving from Sydney, Brisbane Dental Studio looks after my whole family.

All the dentists make my 7 and 8 year old boys feel very comfortable, and as a parent, they run on time!! #bonus

I can’t recommend them enough for anxious patients - me!!

So I'm a regular at smart tops (cut/colour/blow dry + products) every time I go I have thoroughly enjoyed my stylist and the salon's atmosphere.
But I had the worst experience today. I took my 3.5 yo, he usually squirms and fusses for about 5 minutes then calms down. Imagine my surprise when the new manager stated giving me death stares and sneered at me.
I wasn't in there for more than 15 mins max (hairdresser was great - don't know who she was) but the new manager's attitude was extremely unpleasant.

When I went to pay she refused to look at me.
Since the change over, the atmosphere in there is weird.
Maybe powers gone to her head, but I've seen her be rude and dismissive to junior staff so I guess after more than 2 years of going there, I'm looking for a new place to get my hair cut. Really disappointed as a good hairdresser is hard to find
