A particular "senior vet" literally scoffed and laughed at reasonable questions. Her behaviour regularly hit bizarrely and amazingly rude, prolonged lows without provocation. She was afraid to touch a small, old, unwell but cranky female cat. It often felt like stepping over a line to expect a modicum of care and effort.

I would've written off the attitude as a bad day but this occurred over some span of time and several encounters. A challenging time was made harder and more uncertain than it should've been and I've since wondered if my new vet could've significantly changed the course for my animal had she been entrusted to them instead. It has been night and day between vets.

The few other staff along the way ranged from okay to great.
