I love it and I keep going back for more! The choice of chocolate is great. I didn't know you could do so many crazy things with it and make normal things taste so yummy. The atmosphere is great. If you go treat yourself to the Tutti Fruitti Waffles. Master chocolateers!! Choose your arrival time wisely because it does get busy.

Every Toscani's I've ever been to has been terrible. I don't know if the staff are trained to be rude and bad at their job but I've tried 4 different locations and they're all the same. I am suprised they're still in business. My latest experience was the last straw. I'd gone with my partner for a quick breakfast before a movie and had a good hour and a half before it started. After we'd sat down it took 15 minutes to get service in a fairly empty restaurant and then another 40 minutes to get our food. Half of the food was over cooked and the other half was raw. My partner ordered a poached egg on toast. The toast was burnt and the egg was hard in the middle. When we questioned the staff about the egg their response was "Is that not what you ordered?" The staff didn't know what a poached egg was and the "chef" didn't know how to poach an egg properly. After finally receiving something resembling what we had ordered we finished what we could, paid and just made it to the movie in time. Never going back...

I'd heard about this place from a few friends. Every time I'd driven past it was always busy. When we dined there, the whole experience was amazing. The food was fantastic. The staff are all friendly and always smiling. The menu prices are all reasonable for the quality of the food. There are a large range of choices on the menu. The atmosphere was great! Definitely a great choice is you're a traditional Japanese cuisine lover.
