Dieter relieved my significant stresses and conducted a very thorough pre-purchase building inspection, as well as suggesting an accredited pest controller for termite inspection. They worked in conjunction to provide the reports I needed in the short time frame.......and it was bucketing down rain. A credit to them both. I must say too, he answered his phone (!) he explained things well, and also highlighted any concerns with the building inspected.
