We purchased Timber Venetians from spotlight, Ian came and cut to size and hung them he was quick, quiet and professional two of the blinds were the wrong size and so he booked us straight in to return and install for us as soon as we changed the blinds to the correct size. He had a no fuss approach and i was impressed, he even installed them on a Sunday for us.
