John took on the difficult job of completing and fixing the half-done job by a previous cowboy tiler who stuffed up my bathroom. There were some setbacks as John discovered more and more poor work by previous tiler, but John persevered through it all until I was very happy with the end result.

I have learned the importance of hiring a good tiler. John's tiles were straight with minimal even gaps and well sloped to floor waste, which clearly stood out as superior to the work of the previous bad tiler I had.

John communicated very well - always advised what time he was coming in and always explained the different options for laying out tiles, etc.

I would recommend John to others for a decent job.
