Through a dozen or so appointment among me, my wife and my two kids both doctors have been on time ( or less than 15 min late with an apology and an explanation) and always friendly . We have always felt our concern have been listened to and have been properly advised. beside manner is second to none of all the clinic in the area ( we have been to them all!) and there is never the sense of being anything other than the most important patient they have. Can't recommend enough> bulk billing is also a plus.
