I experienced some unexpected issues with respect to the height and step pitch of my roof which caused problems with the installation costs being significantley higher than quoted. I was initially very unhappy with the unexpected cost which was not budgeted for in my acceptance document. I accept that my roof did present some extraordinary challenges and as such I relucently accepted that additional installation costs were fair. B.Solar did work with me cooperatively to find a solution. B.Solar agreed to pay 50% of the quoted additional install costs which I feel was a fair resolution to a complex issue. I have rated B.Solar 5 stars as they were willing to work with me to resolve my issues and I was happy with the product received.
