Not a great experience. I ordered a product based on the description, and a different coloured product was sent. When the issue was raised, the store representative insisted that the different colour names were the same thing, despite it being blatantly obvious they were not. Exchange was refused, with store rep insisting 'I got what I ordered'. Luckily I had Paypal buyer protection on my side, and they facilitated a return and refund. It was definitely not the behaviour I'd expect from a professional store.
