Needed to replace a broken floor-head on an Electrolux vacuum cleaner. Could purchase a replacement online for $150 and wait maybe a week to get it, or try SOS as I have before for parts for other appliances. Rang SOS Ringwood, and Adrian was very helpful - looked and found one in stock for $90 and genuine Electrolux part. So, went that morning to Ringwood, bought it, saved $60, and was vacuuming the floors before lunch. Very satisfied!
