My family and I have been training here for a year or so. My son and daughter train in the childrens class first, then sit and do their home work while I train in the adults class on Monday & Thursdays. Both classes are really well run for each age group. I feel fitter than I ever have and my children are learning self defense skills. Highly recommend.
